La Casa Seperan i la zona que l'envolta són molt idíllics i pacífics: està situat al centre de les vinyes i turons d'un gran districte de vins. A la casa de vacances hi ha 6 persones i és ideal per a una família amb nens.

Quan arribeu a la Casa Seperan, es troba amb un encantador Pati, on la casa de camp es troba al costat de la casa dels propietaris. Després vas des del pati calent fins a la fresca casa. L'entrada condueix a un acollidor saló amb preciosos sofàs i una llar de foc, on podeu veure la televisió. A partir d'aquí, tens una gran sala on hi ha una cuina i un menjador. La cuina disposa de nevera, congelador, microones i fogons, entre d'altres.

Des de la cuina hi ha accés a un acollidor jardí, on es pot gaudir de menjar casolà a l'aire lliure. També hi ha una barbacoa al jardí, el so és possible cuinar els aliments a l'exterior. El jardí està molt ben conservat i equipades amb tumbonas, el sol sonor català es pot gaudir plenament. No obstant això, si el sol és massa, hi ha una taula acollidora a l'ombra sota un gran arbre al jardí. A tot arreu del jardí podreu gaudir de la bella vista sobre els camps de vi.

Per pujar a la piscina, cal creuar una petita carretera que només usua i els propietaris, i després pugeu a la casa. Està instal·lat a sobre de la casa, fent que la vista sigui encara millor. La piscina és un gran èxit per als nens que segurament passaran molt temps.

Amb una segona sortida al jardí hi ha un petit saló de jocs amb futbolí. Al costat d'això hi ha un bany. A més, a partir d'aquí, hi ha una escala fins a la primera planta on es troben les habitacions. Aquí hi ha un bany pertanyent a dues àmplies i boniques habitacions decorades amb dos llits individuals i l'altre amb un llit doble. En aquesta planta també hi ha un loft amb un sofà llit, on especialment els nens poden divertir-se. Finalment, on hi ha una gran habitació doble amb bany privat i un balcó amb vistes al Pati.

Hi ha dos pobles propers a 4 km. Aquí podeu comprar amarillo, or, gaudiu de l'autèntic ambient català. Hi ha 12 km a una altra ciutat, Villa Franca, on hi ha un gran mercat. Hi ha uns 23 km a la platja i, per tant, és una excursió molt obvia. A més, només hi ha una hora en cotxe cap a Barcelona, ​​que és una experiència obligada.

We have just returned from a lovely 2 week family holiday at the property (as part of Susan Smith's family- 6 of us all adults in our 20s, 30s and 60s).

We thought the house was wonderful; an old, farmhouse with so much character and charm; yet it didn't feel old-fashioned it had fantastic amenities and equipment and was impeccably clean. As the property has lovely, thick walls it meant that it felt very cool inside which; even at night; added to the comfort. Fans and air con really aren't needed so don't let that put you off at all. There are three toilets, one shower and one bath with shower, this worked fine for us. The sofas and living area were really comfortable. Wifi worked fine- it's not high speed but it's fine for what you need. Phone signal and 4G- up by the pool! Unfortunately the BBQ cannot be used due to fire regulations in the height of summer time. However we had access to a BBQ within the courtyard which was lovely.

The kitchen is well equipped, meaning the budding chefs in our family enjoyed cooking most nights and we loved sitting at the big table in the kitchen.
It is a little remote; but not scarily so! We enjoyed this as it felt private and idyllic. and of course provides lovely views of the vineyards and hills. The drive up is fine- a few sharp bends and a gradual climb but nothing to worry about. It is well placed and close enough to big cities, towns, beaches and shops. As a previous reviewer has mentioned, there is a road next to the property that you cross to get to the pool; but we disagree with the comment it is 'not a small street' it is simply a quiet country road, with occasional cars and walkers passing through and smiling. You walk up a few steps to the pool and then benefit from a higher view with some cool breeze on one side and forest on the other!
Yes, you live next to the owner; but she is so lovely and is there if you need her but doesn't impose. The host- Rosa was such a kind lady who went out of her way to help and was always very generous with her time and help. She has a heart of gold and that really added the extra special touch to our holiday. My brother and sister-in-law had great fun speaking in their broken Spanish with her! Her granddaughter is around at changeover times and she speaks English and was also so kind and helpful. Rosa has two lovely dogs- we are dog lovers so encouraged the dogs to interact with us; but again; the dogs keep to themselves if you prefer. The dogs do not stay in any of the houses and have their own kennels located opposite. They do sometimes bark in the evenings but this blends in with the sounds of country living and the countryside sounds.
An added surprise and bonus was a separate games room across the courtyard; with pool table, table-tennis, darts and table football within the house. Fantastic! We had lots of competitive fun.
If you are there for 2 weeks a cleaning and changing service was offered which was great.

if you are looking for some peace and quiet away from other tourists but still within reaching distance of things to see and do then this property is lovely!

We stayed for two weeks at Casa Seperan in August 2019. The house is excellent and had everything we needed and more: the table football and games room were an added bonus. We appreciated the comfort of the house and the quality and high standard of the furnishings. The pool area was very relaxing with excellent views of the house and vineyards. The parasols and canopy also provided welcome shade. The property is fairly remote and you will need a car. The village of Pontons has a couple of shops and at least one excellent restaurant, El Papa, which serves locally sourced food. Vilafranca del Penedes is the nearest town, half an hour away and has a number of large supermarkets. We also parked here and took the train to Barcelona for a day trip. Tarragona is a beautiful city, an hour drive, and not to be missed. Rosa Maria, the owner of the house lives in another wing of the property. She is the most kind and generous host. She arranged for us to visit a local cava winery, Mas de Basserola, another highlight of our holiday, and with the help of google translate and our limited Spanish was able to answer any questions we had about the local area, including identifying the Bonelli’s Eagle which we were lucky enough to see.
If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, in the heart of Catalonia, away from the touristy areas, but in reach of the beaches, then Casa Seperan will be a perfect choice.

The House was very nice and clean. But there where some points which we did not like:
The street between the house and the pool was not a small street.
The house is very close near the owner. You live door to door with the owner who got up very early and walked in the patio. So we woke up very early too because of gravel in the patio.
