The 200m2 house is decorated in the traditional Catalan way and has just been featured in the popular Spanish house magazine “Casa In Campo”. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with a large fireplace, a sitting room with television and a large diningr oom with a beautiful traditional long Spanish dining table with a capacity for 12. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (one with bath en suite), a large multi-purpose hall of 25 m² and a bathroom to share between the other two bedrooms.
Outside there is a covered terrace with BBQ and a cool, shady porch, surrounded by a large gardened area with trees. The house shares a swimming pool with Casa Piferan, which is situated 200 meters from the house. Casa Piferan is a traditional holiday home with 3 independent holiday apartments. La Casa Peqëña is a typical country house built in 1740 and recently restored and rehabilitated with all comforts and luxuries for rural tourism. This restoration process has been carried out taking great care to maintain the house’s character and personality.
The house stands in a marvellous location that combines farmland with woods of oak, holm oak and pine and streams and brooks lined with vegetation. The farmhouse itself is surrounded by a large green area with trees and fields of crops. It has exceptional views of the Montseny, the plain of La Selva and a good proportion of the Catalan Pyrenees and their foothills.
It is located 3 km south of Cassà de la Selva, the village to which it belongs, in the Mosqueroles neighbourhood, very close to the small village of Sant Andreu Salou. It makes an excellent base, being just 15 km from Girona, 15 km from the Costa Brava, 5 km from the AP-7 motorway and the A-2 , and less than 5 km from the Girona-Costa Brava airport.
La Casa Petita, of 200 m², with ground floor and first floor, with a capacity for 6-7 people, standing about 100 metres from the farmhouse but in the same estate.
