Stay in a very stylish house with private pool in the Costa Brava area
In very private surroundings with no neighbours nearby, you find a very stylish and beautiful holiday house called Can Bernet. Only a few years ago, it was completely renovated and now it is a brand new, wonderful holiday home. Despite the fact that the house “only” accommodates six guests, it has its own private garden and swimming pool – only few houses of this size have that. There are even two terraces where you can enjoy the evening sun and the dinner. The house is nicely designed in a modern, Nordic style with bright, light wooden furniture.
The first floor houses the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a room with two twin beds (which is perfect for a children's room). The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with many items crafted in wood - this provides a light and spacious atmosphere, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. On the same floor, there are two modern bathrooms.
The ground floor has a common area with beamed ceiling and lots of light. There is a cosy sitting area where there is plenty of room for relaxation. In the same room, there is a dining table and a direct access to a covered terrace with seating furniture.
The holiday home has a nice, open kitchen in a very modern style. Beside being nice furnished, it is equipped with plenty of kitchen facilities - dishwasher, coffee machines, juicer, microwave, toaster and much more. On this floor, there is also a toilet, where a washing machine is available.
The outdoor area gives the youngest in the holiday group plenty of room for activities. First, there is the large, circular pool with a diameter of 8 meters. The cooling water can be, especially in the summer heat, very wonderful - and there are loungers by the pool area, if you want to enjoy the warm sun. There is also a sauna, which is very nice if you stay here during the winter.
The two terraces are great for enjoying the nice weather that Catalonia offer. One has a built-in barbecue and an outdoor sink, so you can prepare and enjoy your meals here. From both terraces, you can see the pool area, so you can keep an eye on young children when they are playing in the water. The pool is also for safety reasons fenced.
Pool towels are included in the stay.
There are only 12 minutes to Banyoles where there are shops, restaurants and a large, beautiful lake. Additionally, there are a few restaurants within 3-4 minutes’ drive from the holiday home.
