The apartment measures 60 m2 and consists of a large terrace of 20 m2 (total 80m2) which is ideal for a lovely breakfast. It is fully equipped and renovated just a year ago and includes private parking in the same building.

It has two rooms: a room with a double bed overlooking the terrace and another with bunk beds, ideal for a stay with your partner and with family / friends. For smaller children, cots and high chairs can be arranged without problem.

Regarding facilities, the apartment has an air conditioning / heating installation, an alarm system and a very good Internet connection, fiber network (500mg (up) / 500mg (down) with WIFI repeaters throughout the apartment, Smart TV with all channels and Chromecast enabled, as well as windows that soundproof the apartment, mosquito nets and safes installed in the closets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, kitchen utensils, cleaning products and others (coffee maker, toast maker, juice machine, ..)

Regarding the location, our accommodation is located in a quiet street but very close (2 minutes walk) from the most commercial area of ​​the city center, surrounded by shops, restaurants and Migdia park and 20 minutes walk from the historic center. It is very well connected since the train and bus station are an 8-minute walk away.
