Casa Perás, a beautiful and newly renovated holiday house with room for 10 people, is located in the heart of the Catalan countryside. The house is located in an astonishing surrounding nature, and with the owners' farm animals as only neighbours on a field below the house, it is situated in a peaceful and private area. Despite this, there is still a small authentic village where you can find small delicacies like a butcher, baker, grocer and café and restaurant. The house is surrounded by a well-kept lawn, where you can find a covered patio and a swimming pool.
The unique of Casa Perás is that there has been taken so much care of everything in the home. Here there is really thought of everything. This is reflected in the good materials that have been used, which has great impact on the experience of the beautiful and spacious house.
General for Casa Perás is that it is very spacious and nicely designed: In the bedrooms there are high ceilings, and each room has its own unique design. All 5 bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, which is in the same color as the associated bedroom - one of the many details of the apartment.
The ground floor has a large double room with a modern en suite bathroom. There is also a lounge with a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV, which is a great place for indoor relaxation. This room has many small Catalan details, which reminds you of the fact that you are on vacation, and which make you automatically relax even more.
If you walk the stairs to the first floor, you are met by the other four double bedrooms. These are placed on each side of the open kitchen with dining table. The kitchen has among others a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and even a flat screen TV at the dining table. There are also small Catalan things in the kitchen as tea sets and jugs.
The large double bedrooms make the house perfect for groups, as you sometimes will need to pull back and relax in peace. The beds are like the rest of the house of high quality.
The outdoor area is also very nicely designed and it is what makes your experience very good. At one end there is the swimming pool with a size of the entire 32 m2. Around the pool you will find some sun beds, from where the warm and pleasant summer of Catalonia can be enjoyed. This area will undoubtedly be the children's favorite place.
At the other end of the garden there is a covered terrace, which will be the holiday's natural meeting point. This is a perfect place to spend the evening when there is a BBQ, outdoor kitchen and dining table and table tennis. From the garden and the house there is a breathtaking view over the beautiful Catalonian mountains in one direction. In the other direction, one level below the house, there is a big field for the owners' cows with an open stable, where they can hide in bad weather.
Casa Perás is a holiday for those who want a good outdoor area as well as a good indoor environment and authentic rural surroundings.

An obvious excursion during your stay is a visit to the Catalan metropolis Barcelona. Experience the Sagrada Família church by Gaudi, the Ramblas, the Gothic neighbourhood, the F.C. Barcelona museum at Camp Nou, the beach etc. The distance from most houses is between 1 and 1½ hour. As one day might not be enough, many choose to combine the stay in our Spanish holiday homes with some nights in our centrally located Barcelona apartments.
